Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus bonuses

Location: Milton Keynes

Permanent Position, Full time

Excellent Benefits: Including up to 33 days holiday (plus 8 day bank holidays)

Due to recent expansion and internal promotion, our prestigious client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to join their highly successful team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring operational and contractual performance levels are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will Pro-actively manage your customer portfolios to ensure a consistently high level of service that leads to customer satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Ensure the customer’s invoice accurately reflects the chargeable services provided
  • Monitor, report and manage each customers’ operational and contractual performance
  • Organise and attend customer meetings when required, ensuring all agenda’s and minutes are provided
  • Work directly with the Commercial Team to support contract extension, additions and renewal initiatives
  • Support to provide informative customer feedback and insight to drive process improvements across the business
  • Working closely and building relationships with other teams to ensure that customers receive a high-quality service
  • Document and assist in the resolution of customer complaints, escalating where necessary
  • involvement in the planning, development, documentation and deployment of new services and system enhancements, ensuring that supporting documentation is created in line with the contractual agreement
  • Take full ownership of issues relating to the performance of the customers’ contract
  • Understand business demands and manage customer expectations accordingly.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel – vlookup and pivot tables

Sound commercial and financial awareness
