We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work within logistics for a leading, reputable company based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible in delivering a first-class level of service, by ensuring that all administrationrelating to customer orders is dealt with efficiently and accurately. Adhering to processes, procedures and SLA’S / KPI’S will ensure maximum customer satisfactionwhen dealing with customer deliveries, standing orders and reviewing accounts.

  • Customer order processing
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Contract management
  • Customer Batchold
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • SAP change control
  • Stock management
  • Back orders

Essential skills and experience required:

  • GCSE in Maths and English
  • Proven track record in customer services within sales and distribution
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be customer focused
  • Able to work under pressure
