Customer Support Executive

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Location: Milton Keynes

Permanent Position, full time

Due to recent expansion and internal promotion, our prestigious client based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to recruit a dynamic Customer Support Executive to join their highly successful team.

You will be working for an award-winning organisation that values its employees and offers an enhanced training and development package. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Experience in utilising LiveChat would be advantageous.

Your key responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of customer contact, supporting in the resolution of any written or verbal queries/requests via telephone, email or LiveChat
  • Working closely with various internal teams in dealing with customer queries, ensuring a first-class of service is adhered to at all times and SLA’s are met
  • You will have a proactive approach in conducting outbound calls supporting with customer queries and assisting with the payment of outstanding debts
  • You will be creative in Identifying opportunities to drive process improvements across the business and support in the planning and implementation of new services
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring systems are accurately updated
